What happens to my CA Flowdock user account once I enable SSO?

Once your SSO identity is linked to your CA Flowdock user account, you will be directed to your SSO provider whenever you try logging in to CA Flowdock.

Depending on how your CA Flowdock organization is set up, once you link your SSO identity with your CA Flowdock account, you might no longer be able to log in to CA Flowdock using other authentication mechanisms (such as a separate CA Flowdock password, Google credentials or CA Agile Central credentials).

My account is SSO-enabled. How do I sign in?

Easy! Just go to www.flowdock.com or open a Flowdock app and enter your email address. You will be redirected to your SSO provider where you can log in, and be redirected back to CA Flowdock.

What happens to my SSO-linked CA Flowdock account if I ever leave my company?

When your SSO access is revoked, you will no longer be able to access the flows and people of your company’s CA Flowdock organization. If you had a password set for your CA Flowdock account, you should still be able to log in to access other CA Flowdock organizations. If you don’t have a password, you can create one from the forgot password page.
