SupportBee is an app for managing customer support emails.
Setup SupportBee to send notifications to your flow by following these steps:
- Visit the Flowdock App Page on SupportBee.
- Click 'Add to My SupportBee'. You may be asked to enter your SupportBee subdomain.
- On the settings page, enter your CA Flowdock API token:
- You can selectively enable/disable notifications for specific actions (new tickets, replies, comments etc).
- Click Save
Your SupportBee activity should now be visible in your flow.
