Integrating SupportBee

SupportBee is an app for managing customer support emails.

Setup SupportBee to send notifications to your flow by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Flowdock App Page on SupportBee.
  2. Click 'Add to My SupportBee'. You may be asked to enter your SupportBee subdomain.
  3. On the settings page, enter your CA Flowdock API token:
  4. You can selectively enable/disable notifications for specific actions (new tickets, replies, comments etc).
  5. Click Save

Your SupportBee activity should now be visible in your flow.
