Trac was one of the first issue trackers to feature an excellent timeline view of the project. Now it's possible to bring the information from that timeline into your internal discussions.
The best way to integrate Trac is to make it send e-mail notifications to your flow:
- Open your trac.ini configuration file.
Add the smtp_always_cc option and provide it with your flow's email address. You can find the address from the Inbox Settings, which is opened from the gear icon next to the flow's name. Your configuration file should look something like this:
[notification] smtp_enabled = true smtp_server = mail.example.com smtp_from = email@example.com smtp_replyto = firstname.lastname@example.org smtp_always_cc = flow_name+trac@organization_name.flowdock.com
By adding "+tag" to the email address, you can automatically tag all the messages with a specific tag. In the above example, all the messages would be automatically tagged with the #trac tag.
